Therapists

Image contains a photo of sand with the tide coming in. There is a quote by Somaly Mam in black text over the image that says "What you have learned from experience is worth much more than gold. If you have a house it may burn down. Any kind of possession can be lost, but your experience is yours forever. Keep it and find a way to use it.
I believe that how one overcomes barriers is an indicator of how they will offer support to someone else. I also believe that trust begins with vulnerability and that informed consent requires an understanding of your provider and the experiences that guide their approach. Our providers have been selected for both work experience and life experience facing and overcoming barriers to wellness. They are encouraged to disclose lived experiences as they feel comfortable.

All of our providers can provide care around a variety of concerns (e.g. anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, etc.). Check out our providers by clicking the box that best speaks to the experience you want your provider to have and/or the support you need right now. If none of the boxes feel right to you, you are encouraged to reach out to us via the contact page and speak with our admin to find our best fit for your needs.
