Lycan Counseling provides online, aka “telehealth,” mental health counseling services to individuals in Washington State. 

Each client will begin with a free 10–20 min phone screening to determine if our services can meet your needs and pair you with the best provider.

Rates

Our providers accept electronic debit and credit card payments (VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express) as well as most HSA and FSA cards via IVY pay. We also accept cash and checks made out to Lycan Counseling via mail.    

Individual therapy: $150/hour

Initial Consultation: $150

Session with a student counselor: Sliding scale.

Diagnostic Assessment: $200

Consultation for letter for Gender Affirming Surgery: Ask for rates. I try to work with trans people to make this as affordable as possible. 

Parent Consultation/Training: $150/hour

Group therapy: Varies depending on group

Insurance

Our group has providers that accept the following insurances in-network. We do not bill out of network, but will provide a superbill which you can self-submit for reimbursement if your out-of-network plan has coverage.

Please note that our providers choose to opt-in or -out of insurance individually. Not all providers will accept all insurances. This is a complete list of insurances accepted by our group.

*We DO NOT accept Medicaid or Medicare insurances and these do NOT pay out of network. All clients with these insurances would have to sign a waiver to forego all insurance billing for sessions.
