I believe in identifying individual strengths to collaboratively work towards personal goals in a supportive environment. In our journey together, I’m committed to creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can freely express yourself. My name is Sapna Singh and I am a clinical mental health counseling intern based in Seattle, Washington. My goal is to meet clients where they are and work toward helping them better themselves and take charge of their mental and emotional health.
I am committed to fostering empowerment through understanding the systems in which each client exists, the facets of identity within these systems, and the realities of coping with mental health challenges in complex settings. I have chosen counseling as a profession because of the deep impact it has had on my life, the profound and radical self-acceptance it has helped me foster, and the healing, growth, and change I have been able to achieve. It is my hope to help others see the potential for self-acceptance, growth, and healing within themselves and to be agents of change in their own circumstances.
