Much of my work and experience is in the treatment of LGBTQIA2+ folks,
neurodivergent folks, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and active
self-harm. My therapy and supervision are informed by somatic work, ACT,
Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Creative therapies (art,
music, writing), Reality Therapy, CBT+, Person-Centered Therapy, and
DBT.

Join Our Network

I am working to build a network of independent providers owning their own small practices across Washington State. The vision is to build a diverse group that shares common values, is known to have education and experience to meet the needs of clients and can work toward common goals of accessible and affirming wellness services. To accomplish this, my practice can now be used as a small business incubator

Associate level providers often have no choice but to work for agencies or groups where their choices are limited, and they do not build knowledge and skills to prepare them for success in private ventures later.

I want to change this narrative. I want to provide a service that uses the support of experienced providers to encourage and empower those starting out to get the most out of their education and career.

What does a small business incubator provide?

  • A work environment that breaks out the traditional employer/employee control dynamic while still providing needed support
  • Get paid more of what you bring in per session
  • Build a private practice while you work on getting full licensure.
  • Accept some of the most common private insurances without having to contract on your own OR before you would be able to on your own
  • Access to Electronic Health Record Management Software
  • Supervision toward licensure by a Washington State Approved Clinical Supervisor (LMHC).
  • Group consultation with our network and a supervisor
  • Support around private practice/small business startup and maintenance
  • Access to specialized training and supervision around various possible areas of your choice including CBT+, youth and young adults, eating disorders, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and more.
  • Continued education
  • Billing and payment services
  • Advertising specific to you and your specialties
  • Supervision and support in developing groups
  • Networking with other providers you can trust

What are we looking for in a small business?

  • Minimum of Associate level clinical service providers holding at least an associate license through the Washington State Department of Health in good standing.
  • Minimum of a master’s degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Providers interested in working with youth and young adults.
  • Providers interested in providing online support indefinitely, with the potential to move in person at a later time in the Tri-Cities area.
  • Providers with a broad range of backgrounds and life experiences facing and overcoming barriers to wellness.
  • Graduation from a CACREP accredited program is preferred.
  • Bilingual provider preferred.
