I spend time getting to know my clients in order to come up with goals together that are individualized to your needs, including varying therapy techniques that are the right fit for you. My goal is to empower each of my clients to show up as you are and leave each session feeling valued, heard and trusted. I am here to help you process your feelings, emotions and thoughts to bring clarity and growth to the areas you would like to work on.
With a passion for the outdoors, you can typically find me spending my free time snowboarding, biking, hiking, and spending time with my friends and family!

My name is Briana Thomas and I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Adams State University. My approach to counseling is centered on fostering authentic connections with my clients. I believe in identifying individual strengths to collaboratively work towards personal goals in a supportive environment. In our journey together, I’m committed to creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can freely express yourself. I love incorporating creative elements like drawing, writing, and music as it is a fantastic way to express thoughts and emotions that may be difficult at times to speak out loud.

I have a deep love for my dogs (5 to be exact), music, being in nature, and painting.
