Life can be lived how we want to live it. Our choices are ours to live so they should be ours to make. I believe in getting under the details including trauma and attachment styles. Together we'll address beliefs that bring up guilt and shame, and then build confidence in order to live without guilt and shame. I'm here to affirm, guide, and support you in living the life you want. You'll gain understanding in emotional boundaries, how to set boundaries, as well as tools to better support yourself.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate based in Tri-Cities. My MFT training means that I bring a systemic lens and approach regardless of what modality is being used. My training is focused on couples, families, and other groups, but I enjoy working with individuals as well.
